Admissions

Admission to undergraduate engineering programmes is conducted through the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh, with counselling processes based on JEE and qualifying examination criteria as applicable.

For B.Tech admission, the institute currently lists Class 12 eligibility requirements involving Physics and Mathematics and minimum qualifying marks in PCM, with different thresholds for general and reserved categories.

Postgraduate admissions are also conducted through the applicable DTE/MP admission process and eligibility requirements.

Scholarships

IIST offers merit-based scholarship opportunities subject to applicable eligibility criteria. Students may also explore government scholarship schemes and fee-waiver provisions according to the relevant rules and eligibility requirements.
