About IIP
Indore Institute of Pharmacy (IIP), established in 2004, is a pharmacy education institute located on a lush green campus opposite IIM Indore on Rau–Pithampur Road. The institute focuses on quality pharmacy education, practical learning, professional skills and holistic student development.
IIP combines academic knowledge with laboratory exposure, industry interaction, skill development and career guidance to prepare students for diverse opportunities across the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

Academic Programmes
IIP offers undergraduate, postgraduate and professional pharmacy programmes designed to build strong foundations in pharmaceutical sciences and their practical applications.
B.Pharm.
A 4-year undergraduate programme for students entering pharmacy after Class 12 with PCB/PCM, with an intake of 100 seats.
M.Pharm. – Pharmaceutics
A 2-year postgraduate programme focused on advanced pharmaceutical formulation and related areas.
M.Pharm. – Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
A 2-year postgraduate programme focused on quality systems, analysis and assurance within pharmaceutical sciences.
Pharm.D
A 6-year professional programme combining academic study with internship and residency training, including exposure to clinical and hospital pharmacy practice.
Practical & Experiential Learning
At IIP, students learn beyond the classroom through practical laboratory work, industrial visits, workshops, seminars, guest lectures and project-based learning. The institute also provides additional training in communication, personality development, aptitude and computer skills.
Industry & Career Exposure
IIP aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice through industry interaction, industrial exposure, skill-building activities and career guidance.
